Competition for apple nectar
|
Bees are getting competition GAB personal has developed to strong
competitors for bees foraging in citrus, apple, oil seed rape, sunflower,
maize and melon. Nectar and pollen was collected directly from
blossoms without the help of bees. Beside the residue analysis in nectar extracted from bee stomachs or in combs, in pollen and wax, this technique allows the determination of residues in matrices which had not been processed by bees.
